Attend a Thai cooking school and eat delicious dishes made with eatable exotic flowers. Visit the largest and best Thai sweet shop in the Kingdom.

We will greet your Hotel or
Guest House and visit Muang Mai Market, the largest in Chiang Mai where the restaurants and smaller markets purchase their products fresh off the trucks from the mountains. We then have lunch at North Thailand's famous "Khao Soi" restaurant with your choice of several dishes Chiang Mai is famous for. We then visit the famous "Baan Kwan" Thai sweet home and factory. The Luscious flavors, tantalizing aroma, and an unrivaled beauty are pronounced characteristics of traditional
Thai desserts. Even the names of each sweet convey the quality driven and positive meanings that was
carefully considered by our ancestors. Each one is regarded to bring honor and blessings to both
the givers and receivers of these exquisite sweets.We then visit Dokmai Garden by night, including a private Thai dinner with the family and afterwards a walk in the garden using flashlights to look at flowers and the creatures of the night. Duration 18.00-20.30 approximately. Limited to 1-4 participants. Overnight

Today at 7 AM we have breakfast at a street stall serving "Khao Tom" a rice porriage and "Bah Tong Go" Thai style doughnut, coffee or tea. We then drive into the countryside and visit a Thai Farm. Here you will be able to see many different kinds of organic herbs, vegetables and fruits grown. You will be given the opportunity to pick some of the fresh ingredients that you will use while preparing your favorite dishes at the cooking school. Not only will you learn the basics of organic cooking, but you will definately see how a Thai family with many years of experience and resourcefulness creates a self-sufficient and independent farm. We then take you back to your hotel for a rest then at 7 PM we travel to a Thai restaurant that serves Thai dishes made of beautiful flowers. Return to your hotel. (B,L,D)
