1 Day Doi Inthanon National Park Tour experiencing Hill Tribe Culture in one of the most beautiful areas and the Highest Mountain in Thailand
Hike in the cloud forest, swim in a waterfall. There are many things you can do with your guide and villagers during their daily routine. If you wish you can work at the fish farm, learn how to weave, work in the fields, roast coffee beans and much more. This can all be discussed with your local English speaking Karen hill tribe guide once you arrive in the park.
This morning we will greet you at your hotel and take you to Doi Inthanon National Park where you will meet your local expert English speaking guide who lives in the Karen hill tribe village. We than take an easy trail for 2 hour easy hike to a beautiful waterfalls. Your guide will show and tell you about the different plants, herbs and vegetation used for medicines and cooking.

We then visit your guide’s Karen hill tribe village and coffee shop. We will then have lunch and visit the summit of Doi Inthanon the highest moountain in Thailand at 2565 meter (8415 feet). We then visit the Hmong village market then your Karen hill tribe guide’s home where you can learn to cotton weave on a traditional back strap loom. We then visit a large waterfall on the way back to Chiang Mai and your hotel. (L)
